Hello,

A friend of me wants to Upgrade his PC, as far as i remember, he doesent need to Upgrade the 750ti, the 550W Power Supply from Corsair(He may needs a new one because i dont remember if it has a 4Pin or a 6Pin CPU connection), and he doesent need any Storage (maybe a SSD). It should be cheap aswell.

I thought about a:

- Intel Core I5 7600k

- 16GB Corsair Ram

- ASRock Z170 Extreme4

- Cooler Master Hyper 212X

- and a case (but there are problems with some, because i dont know what case can ship to Irland)

does he need overlocking ? and can he wait till RyZen 5 ?

because saving money on the CPU and Mobo could allow him to get a rx480

Since he won't be overclocking wouldn't make since to get a i5 7500/Ryzen 5 with a cheaper board and without the third party cooler (just use the one in the box)? That would save money.
