you would probably need to buy an amp, just get some cheap one from amazon and it'll work

i doubt the samsung TV actually can amplify 2000w

you can always try, but make sure you turn down the volume a lot on the source

The watts on the speakers are there max, they will work fine(and normally run) and a much lower power, thats what turning down the volume does.

Look, I have the Samsung (what f*cking model is it?!) (photo down below), and it claims to have 2000 watts of power.

And I found in my grandpas house some Aiwa speakers 6 ohm model (model SX-Z646), but I think the stereo/source is damaged. They look pretty solid and new actually.

Can it power them, or should I buy the amp, these would save me a lot of money in order to buy a better Sub.

Cable is long and solid enough, and i'm not planning to open the speakers in any way. And the slots in the samsung stereo have some little holes so putting the cable in there is easy.

The stereo powers up the 4 ohm speakers so thats where my doubt starts

but, what happens when you want to power up 6 ohm speakers when you have something that powers 4 ohm spakers, I mean, in headphones it wouldnt really matter, but I dont know speakers

they will work fine. THere is only a minnium for ohms, not a max. Thats why amps work fine with no load.
