Computer not posting

Hi, I have had my computer for about 6 moths. Recently it started bsod frequently. Memory manangement and such. Took the windows memory test, turned out fine. After a lot of bsod it now turns on and fans spin, led's light up, however it doesnt post. There are 4 Small led's in top right corner of my mobo: cpu_led, Vga_led, dram_led and Boot device_Led, when i turned my computer on and it worked they used to flash after turning pressing the power button, they dont do that anymore. It doesnt post, have tried some much troubleshooting. The is obiusly a broken part in my system, but wich is it? after it "turns on" aka fans spinning i tried to press to power button to shut it down several times and it doesnt respond, the reset button doesnt respond either. when i got initially got my computer it arrived with a broken mobo and bootlooped like crazy, but i got a new one and its all good. Since it has stopped posting i have replaced both PSU and RAM, doesnt help? 

 

What should i change next?
