How one can discriminate between Cp and mobo failure?

Discrimination is against the law you should not be doing that. 

 

Anyway do you have another mobo to test? Does the pc posts? Any beeps? Any error? What mobo and cpu?

It's hard if you only have one system.

 

some motherboards have troubleshooting LEDs / post codes that let you know what's wrong if your system doesn't post. if the motherboard says that there is a CPU problem, then there probably is a CPU problem.

 

if the motherboard turns on, it's most likely fine, although it's impossible to know without testing the CPU on another system.

 

 

when/how did it break? that will help us narrow down the failed component.

The system is dead nothing starts. I am sure not the power supply.

I can not test them in another system in my country such systems are rare or at least not nearby.

 Problem Started yesterday when I was doing startup.

I will interrogate my kids when they come from the school???
