It's hard if you only have one system.

 

some motherboards have troubleshooting LEDs / post codes that let you know what's wrong if your system doesn't post. if the motherboard says that there is a CPU problem, then there probably is a CPU problem.

 

if the motherboard turns on, it's most likely fine, although it's impossible to know without testing the CPU on another system.

 

 

when/how did it break? that will help us narrow down the failed component.

The system is dead nothing starts. I am sure not the power supply.

I can not test them in another system in my country such systems are rare or at least not nearby.

 Problem Started yesterday when I was doing startup.

I will interrogate my kids when they come from the school???
