Hello, i have already created a topic for this subject, but i have received no response including other forums that i have asked upon. So i have this frame stuttering issue for a long now. It occurs in many competitive games such as csgo, paladins and dirtybomb. Of course it hinders my gaming performance and has stopped me from playing those games. Oddly enough the frame stuttering doesn't effect some games usually newer games like watch dogs 2 and for honor. Also i have disabled UPLS to fix the issue, but it didn't. So please someone help i would really like someone to reply. I've never seen any problem like mine in which i can't solve myself . I would i like to go back to competitive gaming.

Specs:

I7 4790k

Radeon 7950 Overclocked 1495 memory clock,1012 core clock

32GB ram

asus sabortooth z97 mark 2

Is it your GPU?  In for honor you don't really notice that kind of issue, same with watchdogs.  In games like CSGO you need it to be smooth and your older GPU could be the stopping block.  Do you know anyone with a very fast GPU to test in your system?

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Cap it at your monitors max (60Hz I assume) and walk it down.  THEN uncap it at max and see how stable the FPS are

Nope nothing works. To changing the gpu, changing the monitor, changing the Hz, and even unoverclocking my gpu. Any option doesn't do the work.

Hmm, try taking out all but one stick of RAM and cycle through the sticks.  Could be an issue there?

Did you have this issue with your old CPU?

i can go through the ram and this issue is the first of kind that i have encountered

My rad fan is in the way of my ram slots. I don't want the hassle of removing my rig of my desk to try a different configuration of ram and repeating the same process many times over. Maybe i just need a new computer :/

I have no idea, if you want to go to a ryzen/7700k system you can probably sell your current rig for some decent cash

its going to be a long time for me to get a new rig let alone sell my current rig

Check this out, you could push a LOT of frames on this CPU and for such a good price...
