recently my motherboard fried and i wonder if i get a new one and the CPU is broken will Intel change it.

i checked in there website and i have warranty until about the half of 2019

 

i am planing to get ryzen 1700x but i dont have the money so i need it for about a year more. my cpu is 6600 non k

i wonder if they give me a 7 gen because its discontinued or they have stock

Maybe, I would think it depends on what they decide is the cause of the cpu going bad.  I'd say it is worth trying to RMA it if it isn't working, worst case scenario they say no after you've shipped it to them.  CPU's are pretty cheap to ship though

yes but i need to know to get a motherboard or not

it may aswel be working

Intel won't replace your CPU, because your motherboard fried it. It didn't die on its own....

Skylake is not discontinued! And they have plenty of stock ;) They even have 3930Ks!

Get a 1700 instead. The 1700X is not worth it over the the 1700
