Hi,i bought this mouse at the end of December.

At first i was really excited to get a good mouse, but then i started to find some flaws. The sensor can sometimes spin out(not just me) This video demostrates the problem right here!

Also the scroll wheel started to make a whine noise like a month after, it's really annoying, Then Mouse5 key started to wear out as well, makes a clicking noise, not the one it should make.-_-  Mouse4 still works fine.

I use my peripherals like they should be in a human way, when i rage out i don't even hit the mice and it keeps wearing out! Anyway, I can't get a refund on this mouse as well, because it was bought in Germany and i don't live there.

I do not know other peoples experiences with this mouse, except a friend of mine who is Global Elite in CS:GO and says that the sensor can sometimes act weirdly, not buying a Steelseries mouse for a while now,i probably had a bad unit, but still the sensor issue is on every single Rival out there.

Have you used this mouse before, experiences?

I added sound recordings of the noises, mouse4 works like it should.

Contact SteelSeries. They'll make you ship it back at your own cost, not much for a mouse.

The sensor spin out happens on my 300, and all mice based on the 3310 sensor. Even Fnatic Gear G1 like @Aytex has does it.

I absolutely love my Rival otherwise, shape is amazing and the sensor is flawless otherwise.

idk

Thanks for replying, i don't want to get a replacement, cause it will still have the sensor issue, might as well get a new mouse. :(

I also have the Rival 300 but don't have any flaws with it. It's better to get an free replacement instead of paying $60+ for a new mouse.
