If you get an AIO only replace the fans with some really primo pressure optimized fans like noctua (pretty much anything else is a huge downgrade from what the AIO comes with)

Also, the only AIO I'd  suggest has 2x140mm fans, your 120mm fan isn't  big enough

does your current one have 140mm brackets?  There are some great options under $50 with support for 280mm but you may just want to get a air cooler at that point
