They are their own OEM, they don't use other manufacturers' parts. Most do (most Silverstone & SeaSonic use SuperFlower, as do some XFX and EVGA)

So it isn't the PSU, and it's not drivers.

I think the 480 is bridgless only

i found the issue i was that i am not giving the gpu enough power i think
