2 things:

1. I disagree with your choice of RAM and motherboard solely based on mismatching colors. (parts are fine)

2. I highly recommend checking this out, as it is less expensive and GORGEOUS

If it works like the non-tempered glass version, which it should, then yes.

Game design? Maybe that is something that can utilize more than 4 cores? You might want to look at getting a 1700 or 1600x.

Get a better quality PSU. that green CX430M from corsair isn't really suited well for overclocking builds... beyond that the build looks okay (although i'm not sure why you're forcing yourself into skylake when kaby is available), but you should be able to get a lot more performance for your money. check out @herman mcpootis's build.

Looks like you are spending $200 extra dollars just for the sake of OCing the CPU (a locked i5 and a much more basic board with DDR4 and M.2, and using the stock cooler would be 200 less when compared to your build). Get something else unless you REALLY wanted that single threaded performance increase of about 25-30%

Also, the CX 430 is not a good PSU for that system. Get something good with at least 500W.

There's only two things I would change:

1: as many others have said, get a better PSU. I would get AT LEAST 500W, maybe even more if you want the option to overclock.

2: Why would you go for Sky lake?   GET KABY LAKE or Ryzen (1700 if you can afford it, then you have to remember that people would see it as a crime to run it at stock speed, if not, wait until 11. of april and Ryzen R5 series, then get the 1600x
