If the boards have an realistic price, there are usually differences in options and features. For example, better onboard audio, faster networking, more PCI-E slots, better design, better power delivery, moar RAM slots, moar sata ports... Moar overclocking features. Just check what you need right now, and what you might need in the (near) future. Go from there.
