So i want to upgrade all of my pc parts, And i've calculated the power of my pc parts that i will buy on cooler master site ,the minimum power supply watts they recommend is 325 W, and i have a 650W venomRX fire n ice. So i believe it is good.

But, after i watched linus video about PSU, he told us that PSU is a serious business and we need to buy a good quality PSU because a low quality PSU could fail and immediately damage all of our pc parts. So i checked my VenomRX review and most of the people usually says it is Bad! even though i'm still using this for years and still no problem, but i'm still afraid that it might fails when i use it with my new parts. so should i stay with this PSU or change it into a better one? If you guys recommend to buy a new one, what is it?

It should be good for the moment, but i would consider a PSU upgrade over something like a fan upgrade or aesthetics.

Unless you plan to increase the total system draw, the PSU should be sufficient if operated for 3 years or so. Any more than that i wouldn't trust it to do it's thing anymore.

Change a better one. There's a PSU tier list in 'cases and power supplies' so you can check it out. Get a PSU from tier 1 to tier 3.

Desktop specs:

For no name brand or generic units it is recommended to change them. As for what you will need if you provide us the components we can give you a better suggestion as most PSU calculuators are not very accurate.

Not very accurate? Ok well  i will buy Asrock H110 VDS, Core i5 6500 with CM T2 , MSI GTX 1050 Ti, 1 TB 7200RPM, External Optical Drive, 8 GB DDR4, and may be 4 120 mm fans and also an LED strip

That system should't draw more than around 250w at full load. Something like a CXM 430w would suffice for that build.

Don't buy a Hyper T2. It'll cool about as well as the Intel stock cooler that the i5 comes equipped with (note that i7 and i5 stock coolers use a copper slug rather than aluminum like the i3s and below and actually keep i5s very cool and quiet). Money can be better spent elsewhere. Your PSU seems to be a relative unknown, however so it would be a good idea to replace that. A Corsair CX450M would be a solid choice.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
