Intel HD Graphics not working

I'm running a new i5-6600K while waiting for my graphics card. Everyone on the internet says this should be able to run things like Overwatch on all low settings but at 30 fps. Mine right now crashes trying to run CS:GO and runs sub-20 fps in Nuclear Throne. Any ideas for what might be going wrong?

I did, unless I'm missing something with driver installation. I downloaded it from Intel and unzipped it, is there anything else I need to do or once it's installed it takes care of itself?

Can you check? Go to dxdiag.exe (search) and under display tab see what it says under Name

Where do I search for this? Came up with lots of wacky files.

Device manager says: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

Huh? Use windows search and type dxdiag.exe

Right click and unisntall it then reinstall it again

Uninstalled it twice, just pops back up again on restart.
