Do ebay ship internationally?

Hi guys, I am planning to build my pc soon with a limited budget so I decided to buy some used parts. I'm from the Philippines and I find it hard to find any used pc parts in here, so I checked ebay and I wanna ask you guys if they ships the item from the seller to my doorstep (without this third party shipping carts, i dont' trust them)

"ebay" doesnt ship, everything you see on ebay is offered by a 3rd party.

You will have to settle that with the individual seller. There is no general answer to your question.

If you pay in advance, I think you will have success.

technically yes, will they? maybe, some offer it as an added expense, some won't offer it at all, and some will happily do it, for no added cost, so depends

eBay themselves don't have anything to do with the shipping, it all depends on the seller and if they are willing to ship internationally or not.

Most of the items im planning to buy will ship from china, i guess they will ship to me (not free shipping) so i think im good

unless it explicitly says "international shipping available" the won't offer it, so I suggest asking if it doesn't, and even if it does, ask to be safe, because sometimes there is a cost for the shipping which varies country by country
