True, another option is a Z170 mobo for a couple of extra shekels.  With it the 6500 can be Overclocked

And no, you can not  overclock an i5 6500 even if on Z170 chipset. BLCK has been blocked

I made a mini-atx build. I know it's over budget. If it's to much over budget message me and I will crop the PSU to a cheaper but reliable PSU.I mostly go overkill with the PSU but it's so important!
