Intel heatsink

Okay so,  when i build my pc i placed my heatsink like this because i thought there wouldnt be enough cable to place it so the the logo would be facing up.

If i remove my heatsink and place it back, would it cause any problems ?

you'd need fresh thermal paste

you need to make sure that cpu cooler heatsink pins are on position + is suggested to change the thermal paste

There won't be any problems. Even if you keep the same thermal paste. But what can happen is air bubbles. Just check you don't have any. Also it's highly suggested that you get fresh new thermal paste. Also clean the old thermal paste with alcohol.

You actually want to go through the trouble of cleaning it and reapplying thermal paste just to have the Intel logo positioned correctly? do you have OCD or something?

 

Also for the love of god disregard the comment above, You Must reapply the thermal paste every time you dismount the heatsink, if you go and trust him don't come back here later complaining that your very expensive Intel CPU overheated and died during boot.
