PCIE Question

I was wondering if my CPU (i5 6600K) could handle having a GPU (MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X), Sound Card [x1 PCIE] (Creative SoundBlaster Audigy RX) , WiFi Card [x1 PCIE] (ASUS AC68) , and a MassCool 4x USB 3.0 Card [x1PCIE] at the same time without issues (my motherboard , the MSI Z170 Gaming M5, has enough PCIE slots to support all of said expansion cards.)

Yes you will be just fine. The 16 PCIe lanes from the CPU are dedicated strictly for Graphics. There is an additional 20 from the chipset that the rest will utilize.
