FSB Parity Or Higher Frequency ?

upgrading my old system from 60nm to 45nm cpu and stuck choosing between two cpus, one has a little bit higher frequency but the other has a feature call "FSB Parity" 

so what does this feature do and does it works on non server mobo with no ECC memories ?

do you guys prefer this cpu over higher frequency one ?!

 

current cpu q6700, upgrading to q9550 or q9650.
