HDD slow down. Re-partition

I am going to make new partition. Because my windows is slow down. I saw your Video about increase HDD Speed. Please Guide me about partition size. one thing i want to make Three(3) Partition. i attached Six(6) Screenshots

1,2 test => c:\ 5% Fragmented, d:\ 1% Fragmented & e:\ 0%

3,4 Test =>All partition 0% Fragmented.

5,6 Test =>All partition 0% Fragmented. (In Save Mode).

HDD => Hitachi Travelstar 5K1000 (HTS541010A9E680) 1TB
