Hi, I need a help considering which one is going to worth more, i get the cost from dealer in my local area (IDR to USD)

Should i go with q6600+motherboard and RX 460 for $153

or

A8-7670K+motherboard and stick with the integrated graphics until i have money for a graphics card which will literally increase my total build cost a lot for $162 ($268 with RX 460)

my maximum budget with this set is $160 with $270 total budget,
i already have 2 sticks of DDR3-12800 4GB ram and not going to buy new set of ram, that apu require fast ram to get the best performace
the rest of the build is already fixed(case, storage, psu)

The Q6600 is probably the better of the 2. The AMD APU's are horrible at Gaming. The 6600 is dated and wont be the greatest, but will likely give you marginally better performance than an APU CPU from AMD.

If this is a build that you're going to hold on to for 6 months, then I think q6600 +RX460 is a good enough combo.. I don't know why people still consider q6600 tho.. If you can get anything new, like an older i5 or something - that would give you a better performance overall. You're limiting yourself in the long run anyways. Speaking from experience, an i5-2400 is a real good CPU. At the time, I combined it with nVidia gtx 460 1gb edition and it never went beyond 30% utilization. Since RX460 isn't much faster, I think you'd be good with that i5. As for the generational performance differences, anything from Haswell and up is pretty much the same.

i could get q6600 and mobo for £25, but for more than £50 its not worth it

I actually will hold into this build for a quite a long time since it's a bit hard to save money, the q6600 and the motherboard cost 46USD(the lowest i can find), i was also searching for i5/i7 2nd or 1st gen but the price is quite high(mostly twice the price of q6600 combo) and certainly exceed my budget

$270 is my total budget which cover everything, (case, storage, and psu) takes $110, the rest $160 is for cpu, gpu, motherboard
