Internal USB Ports

I transport my computer every week and I'm looking to add an Xbox one wireless adapter but the adapter is too long to leave in while I'm moving the computer so I'm looking for a way to keep that adapter inside and remain aesthetically pleasing. does anyone know any products or have any ideas?

if you have extra USB 2 front ports on your mobo you can use an internal USB2 header to USB port adapter

An adapter like this as mentioned, it would work inside but it may affect the signal quality being inside as the entire chassis is steel.

But how do I make it aesthetically pleasing I like the look of the adapter I'd like to be able to see it and still press the sync button.
