Worth buying another GTX 970 secondhand for SLI?

Hey guys

 

I was looking to upgrade my graphics card and i was considering buying another GTX 970 secondhand to put alongside my current for an SLI setup?

I was wondering if this would be a good idea dn if i will see a good performance difference? A secondhand GTX970 currently goes for around £180 where i live.

I was thinking it would also look awesome in my pc :)

Form what i heard there is about a 30 fps increase.
It waries from game to game. For example in GTA V you will see hardly any diffrence, becouse the game is very CPU intensive.

If you game at 1080p it's a great upgrade getting the second 970.

£180? where do you live? i find loads for £120-140 :P seen a 980 hof 8 pack edition go for £165 yesterday, so i wouldnt be paying more for a 970 lol

I would. Something to try atleast once. It isn't gonna hurt, that's for sure.
