Upgrading the Boardroom

evening Lads, 

So hoping someone here would be able to help, We got a client whos doing up their presentation room (wouldn't call it a board room as its full of couches) They want something super clean and what not. so there is already a 65" on the wall running to a Core2D system with a SSD and 4GB ram, We already looking at upgrading that prob to 8GB first. 

The place where I'm looking for help is they are a real estate company, so would like pics of their for sale PC's up on the screen all the time, we did this with just copying them over and running a slide show. the problem is they are completely non tech, hence why they hired us (we do all their office support and servers) so would like to automate the process. 

We ran something similar when I worked for Audi but that talked to the german servers and what not. my idea is create a folder on the NAS drive and they can dump the photo's on there. now the photo's are massive resolution so it can't stream they over the network, I want the software to check every now and again and download the new pics in the file across onto the local drive than use them in the slideshow. 

who's got some ideas of software I can look at
