Hey Guys!

I would appreciate tips and such, just change my PcPartPicker List as you please and tell me why u changed it.

I will also be using my PC for Video and Photo editing (4K+) and 3D Rendering, all these things as a Hobby

Budget:

1800 Euro

Europe, use the German PcPartPicker

(Dont mind going a bit over it as I did)

If you want to do 4k video editing and modeling, then go with the ryzen 7 1700. you'll like having those 8 cores and 16 threads. i edited the part list for you. chose the crosshair because it was most like the maximus IX code you had, and i helped you save some money by putting in a lower wattage psu. also, nzxt will give you an am4 bracket if one isnt included.

AMD FX 6300 @ 4.6 Ghz CRYORIG H7 Asus M5A97 PLUS | HyperX Fury 8 GB DDR3 | PNY CS1311 120gb SSD WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM EVGA GeForce GTX 950 Superclocked NZXT Source 210 Black EVGA 500B Logitech G Pro HP K3500 Wireless Keyboard |

IMO you are overspending on motherboard, RAM, PSU and storage.

Games rarely benefit from faster than standard SSDs.

PSU wise a Corsair RM650x will be plenty.
Motherboard wise you'll be fine with a more basic Z270 board like the Asus Prime Z270-A.

Im not sure how much RAM speeds will benefit editing but this is cheaper and still fast: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/qGqbt6/gskill-memory-f43200c16d16gvgb

And unless you are overclocking you should consider getting a cheaper air cooler.

I two agree with Ryzen being the best option if you're not just gaming. The best ryzen from a price to performance perspective is the 1700:

I do agree with the SSD Speeds, I could go for a 850 Evo

750W is mostly for future SLI and OCing and its just 50$ more

Overpaying for looks, you wouldve know if you read

And the Ram I chose is also a 3200 kit, and Im also paying extra for the looks on these

Cooling = Looks
