Chrome . not secure borwsing why

so i freshly installed chrome onto my comp from a usb and i noticed every site i go its says its not secure , it shows the https crossed out in red 

 

whats the fix for this?

This is probably because of an error with the certificates. I assume that your system time  (the clock in the lower right corner) is not set properly, so Chrome assumes all of the website's certificates are invalid. Set the proper time and date in Windows and that issue should be fixed.
