Hard drive using 100% disk

I am having problems with my hard drive using 100% disk.  It happens when I open a program or randomly when I'm playing games. Task manager shows system using alot of disk. I have disabled windows search and superfetch. Here is the crystaldisk results.

Use a boot SSD instead of running windows off the HDD, 

That's the easiest one
