Trust this computer not coming up.

Ok so when I plug my phone in to my laptop it dose not come up with trust this pc it asks for acces to photos and vids nothing about trusting my laptop. Any help?

IOS doesn't have drag and drop like android does, use itunes.

Already tryed that. Already tryed resetting my network info on the phone. Tryed re installing iTunes and not working.

just go to your file explorer on your laptop and go to my computer and then go to iPhone and there are folders with your pictures/video's

i think your pc is already trusted by your iphone you should have acces to your data

I can't acces my phone in iyunes. I want to put music on it and it just won't show up. It is not trusted because I untrusded everyhting on the phone. It works with my iPhone 4 on iOS 7 no idea why it won't work now on this new phone.
