get a cheaper mobo and a 7700k, everything else looks good.

Im guessing he cant afford the 7700k but has the intent to upgrade to it in the future?

if he gats a cheaper mobo he might be able to squeeze a 7700k.

Could you please tell me what the advantage if a 7700k is over a 7600k, as i do not plan to create content, the rig is mostly for gaming.

gaming, most games will take advantage of the 7700k( bf1, gta5, city skyline,) if you do high fps gaming a i5 will become bottlenecked, futureproofing.
