Don't water cool a locked cpu (one without K at the end) as it's a waste

Don't get a Z270 board with a locked cpu else get an unlocked one so you can overclock

Motherboard is way too expensive

Get a SSD+HDD instead of Hybrid

That monitor looks mediocre, same as keyboard and mouse

Headset looks bad. Get a HyperX stinger instead

I have spent months trying to perfect my build. I have went back and forth from AMD to INTEL and I have finally come to this...

For someone who spend months studying you really didn't come with the best eh... the graphics card is fine but get an i7 7700 on a b250 and no aftermarket cooler.

That motherboard has absolutely no use to you since you won't be overclocking that processor and a liquid cooler on a locked chip is one of the overkill definitions, also where is the ssd for boot? get a sandisk 240gb g26.

What's the point/difference between SSD and HDD?

The point is to install your windows and essential programs on the ssd so they are super fast and responsive while your games, movies, music etc you install on the HDD because it has cheaper cost per gb.

get win10 from kinguin for 20 dollars, if your budget is 1200ish just get generic keyboard and mice right now and upgrade when you can, go with this build:

If you can spend more get a better monitor, I went overkill with the GPU because it is the same price as your previous build sorta but this one will last you longer, like two years longer while being still quite the high end.
