I have a Corsair h100i v2 (Soon to arrive) and I am going to be replacing the stocks fans

Are these basically the same (Apart from one has PWM Support) I want it to be silent as possible

PWM - http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/corsair-air-series-sp120-pwm-high-performance-edition-120mm-fan-twin-pack-a12nq

Other- http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/corsair-air-series-sp120-quiet-edition-120mm-fan-twin-pack-a11nq

Or should I go the oppisite and go for an air flow fan?

I recommend you use Noctua NF-F12's.

they are basicly the same, just that the quiet edition does not have pwm control and run slower out of the box. on a radiator do not go for airflow fan as they lack static preasure to push/drag air through the radiator.

Whice should I buy then?

For most people and at stock speeds, Corsair fans will be fine, just not really silent. If you want extra fans from Corsair, stick with the SP series of fans, they are optimized for high pressure applications like radiators.

Another good option would be the Silverstone AP series or Noctua NF-F12.

In either case I would let them run at 7V. This gives you a nice tradeoff between performance and acoustics.

If you want to do some overclocking, of course, running them silent won't be such a good idea.

Another one of my favorites is the Noctua NF-P12 (also available as PWM), running at full speed because it is quieter than most pressure optimized fans at 12V and also pretty close in terms of performance. They have been my go to fans for various applications for years now. I have one in my NAS still doing fine after almost 10 years of service.
