I have an intel pentium g4560 kabylake

gigabyte z270 gaming k3

8 gb ddr4 2133mhz (xmp at 2400mhz)

asus rog strix gtx 1060 6gb

I have strange framerates in games:

Watch dogs 2 i get 40-60 fps on lowest settings

Crysis 2 maximus edition 40-70 fps on highest

but the worst is cs go where i cant get past 100 fps on high settings

I am using an 2560x1080 ultrawide monitor at 60hz

I don't think that cpu can bottleneck that much especially on cs go, in witch even at 70 fps the game stutters a little bit

im starting to think that my hdd or psu could be responsible cuz i took them from my old system ( coolermaster gx650 bronze psu, seagate baracuda 1.5TB HDD)

anyone can help me?

What settings are you using when playing CS:GO?

This does look like a cpu bottleneck, however do a crystal disk info to verify the health of your drive.  Alternatively use the chkdsk command in the cmd.exe application when running as administrator.

You realize you are using a very underpowered CPU on quite CPU intensive games right? CsGO depends a lot in the CPU nowadays, even more than GPU it would seem, an i7 7700 locked with a GTX 1050ti would be able to push more frames than a g4560 with a GTX 1070
