Best video editing software for windows??

Can someone tell me the best video editing software that can perform the best even without a graphics card...Of course that should be for windows

Davinci Resolve has a free version that's quite capable also !

Yeah. It's a nice piece of software, Although I use Premiere Pro. I have HitFilm on my Laptop. :D
