Hello all,

my name is Ernest and this is my first topic in this forum.

I have just completed first phase of my last project HyperionMod, so I decided it was the right moment to show you the current workflow.

 

 

In this project  I used Raidmax Hyperion case   . I decided on it because the casing of this manufacturer actually do not appear in projects. Second thing is that  Hyperion is a cube and this is my favorite type of computer cases.

 

 

Hardware& Parts:

Chassis: Raidmax Hyperion

Motherboard: MSI Z170 Mortar

Processor: i5 6600K 4,5 GHz

Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 1070 SC

Memory: 2x8gb DDR4 2400mhz

PSU: Seasonic Prime 850W

Storage: Kingston 2.5'' SSDNow V300 120GB,GOODRAM CX100 240 GB, GOODRAM C100 240 GB

Liquid Cooling: ….

The elements have been rotated, fortunately it turned out that they are symmetrical so I did not have to drill additional holes, and I could just turn all together.

 

 

 

Then I could start designing covers.

It's time to do something with front panel.
I decided to clear surface by removing 5.25 bay, and add a dust filter.

Initially I wanted to use the original Hyperion side panel but it did not look good so I decided to replace it with a glass panel.

 

At the corners of the side panel I have placed four aluminum components to which I screwed the glass panel

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, I found the perfect screws to screw the glass panel

The current way of connecting the computer to the radiators was not quite right, so I decided to rebuild it

A lot of time has elapsed since the last post, but finally I managed to find some time to show you how this project ended.

In the meantime I managed to finish another project that I called Cooling Station.

A set of external radiators enclosed in a housing in the shape of a column speaker.
