No reason. it's basically the same reason why micro USB cables have their product pages looking like this:

If someone's not sure if it will work on his board, the title might make them more sure, and more likely to buy.

Desktop DDR4 memory will work on any DDR4 compatible motherboard.

Buy 2400mhz sticks to be sure xD hahaha, However end up working nice for my brother he got a 4x8gb 2400mhz kit from crucial in a discount in this shop for the 1800x build he is doing, paid as much as the prices way back in November when it was low.

 

A shame nonetheless that AMD couldn't figure it out before launch, I really wished they went as well as possible for the market's sake.
