So my computer had given me this error before but I've never given it much though as online just says it a software failure and doesn't really occur on a regular basis. Though I just wanted to ask if anyone knew anymore about this error message and what I can do to fix it potential.

This might be due to some changes made after the update. If you're unable to boot into Windows because of this error, boot into Windows safe mode and restore Windows to the last update.

You`ve dug up really old post. But if you really have _identical_ problem, here what I think:

blue-screen points to SYNTP.SYS as cause of the problem.
File with this name according to google is part of Synaptic Touchpad Driver.
I would try to uninstall it, and see what happens.
