Even since 17.2.1 dropped the other day and I installed it I have been getting these stutters every second in my games, first I thought it was just gears of war 4 but now I'm seeing it in fallout as well, its not a normal stutter its almost like a burp or hiccup every second. I'm going to see if reinstalling the drivers helps but in the mean time any advice?

yeah 17.2.1 was weird for me too. 16.12.1 seems really stable for me

I'll try that one out if re-installing makes no change.
