Im getting a Mini-ITX board that support DDR4, and was wondering what RAM would fit under the ShadowRock LP cooler?

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA68V2TR2312&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleKWLess&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleKWLess-_-DSA-_-CategoryPages-_-NA&gclid=CjwKEAiAuc_FBRD7_JCM3NSY92wSJABbVoxBA4gPBuSnCWE7SY3LWzzfGqHgZfSk5MKAUtt2XsydaxoC8Tnw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Im sure you can orient the cooler so its not over the ram, but to just be safe, would I need to get low profile RAM? or ram without a heatspreader on it?

either im fine with. the fan would be over the RAM so cooling it wouldnt be such a problem.

Any RAM suggestions would be awesome!

2133, 2400, 2666, 2800 are preferred if that helps

Corsair LPX would be my recommendation.  I think around 2400 is the sweet spot unless the higher speed RAM just happens to be cheaper, which sometimes it is.  Beyond a certain speed there's no improvement due to increased CAS.
