How do you remove this type of heatsink?

IT looks like there are clips on the side kinda like an amd stock cooler. Try removing it by those and removing the adapter for the clip on system.

I tried that. But moving the clips up and down didn't do anything.

Thermal paste is probably hardened. Try to wiggle it.

It looks like it's removed similar to ram memory, push on the 2 clips on both sides and wiggle wiggle wiggle rntntnnn ttnn
