1) Low budget isn't very specific.

2) Intel CPU's won't run on that Motherboard.

3) Best is relative, it depends on workload.

bcoz now my pc using an old cpu amd athlon ii x2 260 3.207ghz hahah just dual core for my working pc, now i want to upgrade my pc to gaming on low setting,

If you want to upgrade your CPU without spending too much money I would go for an AMD processor using the AM3 socket. Then you neither have to upgrade the motherboard or the RAM. Then it's basically up to how much you want to spend on it.

Anyways. I believe it supports the AMD Phenom 2 series as well? So then probably the AMD Phenom 2 X6 1100T would be the best option as far as I am aware. You can pick them up at eBay for roughly $100.

According to the spec-sheet I've got it is.

Bus speed is HT-Link 2000Mhz

And has a TDP of 125W
