Changing to another pc acc removed fps drops?

So I was really struggling to play ark: survival evolved for some reason, I had fps drops every couple of seconds, sometimes it even crashed..

So what I did is I joined to another account on my computed and the fps was back to 60-70 again without any fps drops or anything..

How's that?

 

I'm using a gtx 750 ti and i5 4590 if anyones wondering.

Could be that you installed programs only on the account that you're getting FPS drops on. Try to find out what applications you have running in the background when you're gaming on your main account and you should get the same ammount of FPS.

It means you have a background program eating your performance on your main acct.
