This asshole , gave me a 1066mhz when I wanted a 1333mhz . But that was fine. The thing is should I put in my 1066 after 1333 or 1333 after 1066

system runs at the lowest frequency per stick, for example if I have a 1333 Mhz DIMM in slot 0 and 1600 in slot 1, it will all become 1333 and the 1600 will downclock

Not really. Also, you can just put it in, and it should downclock to the slowest stick. It won't make a different btw.

No. If it's shit ram it won't do it but if it's good ram it will. 

It will automatically adjust all ram to run 1066 though so either you OC or you don't do anything
