I need CPU Cooler recommendations.

Firstly hi. I asked this before and i decided to buy be quiet! Pure Rock. But in my country there was only 1 seller and its been 2 weeks since i ordered it. Still haven't recieved it. So i need other suggestions about CPU cooler. Close price to Pure Rock. Specs: 

 

i5 7600k

Msi Z270 Pro Carbon

Corsair Vengeance 650M

just get cryorig h7 or h100i, they are beast on performance

Aircooled: I would go for a CRYORIG H7 cooler. It's quite cheap, and it has both decent performance and good looks.

 

Watercooled: Id you're going to go for the watercooled way i would go for a Corsair H100i GTX V2. It's a really good looking CPU liquid cooler, and it has good cooling performance.

it would be fine. Not great. but it will not overheat. but it wouldn't leave much room for overclocking though

The 212 LED is the same as the EVO 212 but with LED lights on the fan. It's one of the best air coolers out there. That being said, all air coolers will give you limited overclocking room; if you want to overclock to the max of your CPU capabilities, you need to go with water, which is more expensive. But even a $80 air cooler will give you around the same room for overclock as the 212.

i've bought around 30x 212's at this point in my career and don't have a bad word to say about them, other than they don't fit in racks :D i learnt that the hard way.

 

I imagine it's exactly the same just with epilepsy

They're not the same. The 212 LED has gaps between the heatpipes and is a closer adaptation of the Hyper 212. It's not as good as the 212 Evo nor the Pure Rock.
