Bluetooth adapter

Hi! I want to make my wired earphones wireless by getting one of these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008AGQMQC/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?tag=mt005-20&ie=UTF8&psc=1). You can plug your earphones in here or speakers and it makes it wireless. I am not sure if the ones I'm looking at here (http://www.lazada.co.id/catalog/?q=bluetooth+music+reciever) is real or the one I'm trying to find where you can plug in your earphones and it turns them into bluetooth earphones. Can someone confirm that the ones I'm looking at is actually a bluetooth reviever that outputs music? Thanks!

 

P. S. I found this 18$ 'smartwatch' that acts pretty much like a pebble. Is it worth it? The reviews seem to say that it's pretty good.
