This has been happening to me, even when I was gaming on an old HP laptop not meant for gaming at all. At random points while I'm playing a game, the game will freeze for a second, then minimize as if I pressed alt+tab. I've looked online at many different sources, and none of them have been any help what so ever. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try increasing the priority of your task through the task manger. It will prevent the other program that is making it minimize from running or at least not cause minimizing of your task.

Please quote me so that I know that you have replied unless it is my own topic.

Sounds like a keyboard error

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?
