printer setup help

i got  8710 pro printer it only works on cable usb but i cannot make it work on wireless it says it cannt find it or do anything if it collect on the wireless router and i try printer from my tablet  or phone  how do i collect it

My mom has one of HPs Photo Printers. The way I always connected it to the network was using the touch screen and going in to the network settings of the printer. It would show all the wireless networks in the area and I chose the right one. Then I just had to enter the password with my big bear fingers on the tiny screen. Which was the hardest part. But, it has always took. 

 

After that you have to install the drivers to the computer, you might consider installing the software too, as it tends to be helpful for scanning and such. Windows should be able to pick it up.
