7500+1070 is easily much moire powerful, I would get that if possible instead. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

assuming your using 1080p than for gaming 1070 > 1060, but if you need better cpu for rendering than get better cpu. 1060 will play most games for you, but not at highest settings. the 1070 will play any title at highest settings so it will last you well into next year, but the 1060 might already be lagging behind by then.
