Tbh, for the CPU I'd think you need at least 90pts single core on userbenchmark. And wether or not you need an SSD is up to you. Are you tired of load times or something?

slap a RX 460 in it basically

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

just puted all to gether  and thinking abaut stuff i need and whan i can live withaut :D
