Upgrading a low end laptop

Hi There,

I want to upgrade my laptop, so it is capable to play more then league of legends and war thunder on the lowest settings.

My question is : is it a good idea to get a core i5 3120m (g2 socket )?

Will I be albe to play eg. Fractured space on lowest settings? 

Or is my gpu just too bad?

Specs: I3 3130m 

6gb ram 

Gt 653m

Check if it's actually socketed, since there is BGA (soldered) and PGA (socketed) versions of that CPU.

Also you need to see if you have space for a GPU (unless you plan to do an external setup).

I have a PGA.

No. they bot are dual cores with same igpu. So not worth the trouble for me
