Anti-Static Wrist Strap Needed?

Well I'm in New York City so so how much would you suggest for me

It's probably not necessary at all, but it's just a precaution. If spending the $5–7 gives you a bit of peace of mind, it's hard to recommend against it. I have one, I use it, and I'll probably never know if it is doing anything.

Depends on where you live and the season.  In the winters here, shifting in your chair is enough to shock you.  I ruined a motherboard that way.  In the summers, I rarely use it though.

You don't need it until you fry part of your build and don't have the PC you wanted. Then you wish you had used one.
