Deepcool liquid cooling pump. Plug in where?

Hello..i hv deepcool maelstrom 120t...and i just want to ask u that Which fan header will the pump be connected to, or does it matter? I hv 4 pin header near cpu (cpu_fan) and 4 pin header sitting side(sys_fan) and my pump and radiator has 3 header

Plug it into the CPU fan header.

my radiator fan is connected to 3 pin to molex and pump 3pin connected in cpu_header and rear fan is connected in sys_fan...

I would suggest to plug it into the CPU header as it will also give a heads up to the system if the pump were to fail.
